Existential Coaching

“You understand so little of what is around you because you do not use what is within you.”
~ Hildegard of Bingen

Showing up in every expression of life – personally and professionally – with our authentic selves, is a gift to the world and to ourselves. The journey is the road less travelled but a richly rewarding one. Existential coaching is a journey to explore what it truly means to be a person of integrity. Not just integrity in the sense of doing the right thing, but in the deeper sense of being the right person – personally and professionally.

The etymology of integrity is integer, a whole number. The opposite of integer is a fraction. Most of us live fractured lives either of our own doing or through circumstances meted on us by life. The courage to confront these fractures is so we can be re-integrated, made whole again, regain our integrity. The approach taken with each individual is crafted with the uniqueness of the coachee in mind. Ultimately, it’s facilitating the journey of the coachee using what is within him/her, to more fully and accurately understand what is around them.

Testimonials

“An inspiring and authentic coach is what I would best describe Timothy. Given the complex situation with deeply rooted issues I am challenged with, Timothy’s ability to listen well and understand with empathy, allow me to confide with ease and trust. With an open-door policy approach, Timothy engages with me closely to probe, think, and derive relevant action-focused solutions. Through my journey with Timothy, I have learnt how complexities can be made simpler, analysing issues with discernment, and staying on track with 20/20 vision of focus and clarity in what I aim to achieve. These are strong traits of Timothy which I would personally call out and commend without reservation.”

“Timothy is insightful, able to connect the dots and tell hard truths gently. He goes beyond answering “should I do this or that“ questions; he is able to point out hitherto unseen, yet not unreachable paths or irrelevant destinations. His ability is not just because he is well read and uses coaching tools, but also because he draws from the hard truths and deep experiences in his own life”.
